A collection of practical tips and inspirational ideas gathered by two of the UK’s most experienced expedition paddlers and coaches.

After the phenomenal success of ‘Top Tips for Coaches’ we decided that there was a need for this book. The top tips come from our combined experiences in kayak and canoe, on salt and fresh water, around the world. Experience is often hard won, and ours was gained at home in the UK and abroad in places such as the European Alps, ­Scandinavia, Canada, the USA, Peru, New Guinea, Pakistan, Iran, Nepal, Costa Rica, the Seychelles and Zambia.
